Today's Workout

No time for the gym tonight. After work I still have to do my grocery shopping, cook my meals for the week, and I have a ton of homework to do for my college courses. I'll have to make do with sqeezing in this "arm and abs" workout from Shape.com

I'm also doing some little exercises in the office periodically. Calf raises and standing leg lifts at the copy machine, doing reps of lifting our large filing binders to work my arms, and glute exercises in my chair. It doesn't exactly work up a sweat, but at least I'm moving.

**UPDATE**
Did the workout last night. Some of the exercises were a challenge for me, maybe just because I'm so out of shape. The "tricep press", in particular, was really really tough.

I can feel it my upper arms and shoulders today, not my abs so much. But I don't think I did very well at focusing on tightening my abs when I did the exercises. I'll be sure to do that next time. Also, with the "single-leg dip" I found that I kep using my leg that was on the ground to help lower and raise myself. I'll have to watch out for that too.

Overall, I thought it was a good little workout for a day when I don't have more time to really sweat.
