Changing Shape: Just a little reminder.

This blog is for myself, really. But if it inspires or encourages others, that would be great! I've always been on the thin-ish side. Over the last few years I've packed on some pounds. Mostly due to my desk job (where I sit), college courses (where I sit), and time at home (where I sit because I'm tired from work and school). Just excuses, I know. That's the problem. And that's why I'm going public. No more excuses.

I'm not concerned so much with numbers, I'm actaully at a "healthy" weight. I'm not looking to get super dooper skinny. I just want to feel stronger, be stronger, and be comfortable with my body. And of course I'd like my clothes to fit nice - without the lumps and bumps (well, you know, the wrong lumps and bumps).

Here, I plan to post my journey; my advances, my setbacks, my methods and my inspiration.
